Adventure Tribe Retreats presents our annual Moon Gathering with support from Lost Hill Lake and Free The Robot Creative. During this event, you will have opportunities to engage with nature, build friendships, indulge in delicious food, and try new experiences.

with us in a shaded 50-year-old Walnut Grove all alongside the Meramec River in St. Clair, Missouri. The beautiful LHLE venue offers private access to the Meramec River, views of golden hay fields, gentle hills, scenic lookouts, shaded mature Walnut grove and sanctuary from the stressors of the modern world. We are excited to bring this one of a kind event to our beloved home venue and share the magic that is Lost Hill Lake with others.

What should I bring to this gathering?

If I do not upgrade to an electric site will there be a place to charge my phone?

Yes, charging stations will be available but we encourage guests to leave them in the tent and stay present as much as possible. Enjoy the gathering and connect with other participants.

Do any activities have an extra fee?

NO! This is an all inclusive event! All activities, workshops and meals are included in the ticket price.

What meals are included?

Will there be showers at the event?

Yes! We have a shower house that you are welcome to use at any time. Please be mindful of others' time and the environment by taking quick showers.

What is the bathroom situation?

We have a gorgeous restroom lodge onsite with real flushing toilets and air conditioning in addition to several well-maintained portable restrooms.

Do I have to be a yoga guru to attend this event?

No! We welcome yogis with all levels of experience, beginners welcomed.

I have allergies can I request special food?

Yes, all meals will be plant-based with many items grown right on the property. Please let us know at the time of ticket purchase if you need accommodations for common food allergies such as a nut, peanut, soy, dairy, or gluten intolerance.

I am a BIG eater, can I bring my own food?

Yes, you are welcomed to bring food from home. Each ticket includes daily plant-based meals; if you are a big eater, like to eat into the evening, have special preferences, or like to snack a lot you are welcome to bring your own foods. Coolers are allowed and ice will be sold on-site. Alcohol is not permitted.

Will alcohol be served?

No, this is an alcohol free event.

Will there be a place to refill my water bottle?

Yes, an ice cold water station for filling reusable bottles will be available throughout the New Moon Gathering.

What time can I arrive on Friday, July 31st, 2020?

Our gates open at 3 pm and opening ceremony will take place at 6 pm. We recommend arriving when gates open to set up your campsite right away.

Can I camp by my car?

Yes, you can camp right next to your car or you can park your car in our parking lot and camp in a shady clearing area inside the venue.

What if I don't know how to set up a tent?

No worries! We have people on site that can help you!

What time does the event end on Monday, September 2nd, 2019?

Activities will end at 2 pm and our gates close at 4 pm.

I will be flying in for this event. Is airport transportation available on Friday and Monday?

Yes, for an extra cost we can arrange airport shuttles. Please email us with further information.

Is the whole weekend outside?

Yes, LHLE is an entirely outdoor venue. Featuring large covered pavilions and gazebos.

How many people will be at this gathering?

To maintain an intimate experience we are limiting the sale to 75 tickets.

Is this event only for women?

No! We encourage all humans to attend this gathering. *18 and up

Is this gathering pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, no. We LOVE animals but your pets are not allowed on site during the New Moon Gathering.

What activities will be available?

Dancing, Yoga, hiking, swimming, massage, eating, hammock hanging

Will there be wifi available?

No, the venue is not set up for wifi access. Enjoy nature with us.
