Adventure Tribe Retreats is delighted to host a retreat designed specifically for couples to experience a weekend immersed in interactive workshops, mindful movement, healthy plant-based meals, and the great outdoors. During this event, you will have opportunities to connect with your partner through play, find new ways to foster growth in your relationship and in each other and deepen your intimacy through authentic conversations. In addition, participants will enjoy a Thai massage workshop, guided hikes, and free time to nap in a hammock, take a dip in the river or just relax.
This all-inclusive weekend event includes camping and access to handcrafted outdoor showers, delicious plant-based meals, mindful movement classes, interactive partner workshops, guided hikes around the gorgeous Lost Hill Lake family property and private access to the Meramec River.
This special gathering will give participants a chance to enrich their relationship with significant others while enjoying a weekend of wellness and relaxation. We invite you to relax, unwind, open your heart and be present with us in a shaded 50-year-old Walnut Grove. The beautiful LHLE venue offers private access to the Meramec River, Lost Hill Lake, views of golden hay fields, gentle hills, scenic vistas, shaded mature walnut grove and sanctuary from the stressors of the modern world. Adventure Tribe Retreats is excited to bring this special event to this incredible venue and share the magic of the LHLE property with you.

Who should attend this mini-retreat?
This mini-retreat is designed to help couples connect and deepen their appreciation of their partners. We are thrilled to share this experience with couples who are ready to explore new facets of their relationship and their partners. Whether you are in a budding romance or time-tested love, dating or married, straight or gay, young or old, you are welcome.
What should participants expect?
During this retreat participants will: learn how to foster growth in your relationship and your partner; deepen your connection through authentic conversations; participate in interactive partner workshops; engage in guided mindful movement practice; enjoy the opportunity to slow down and relax in this beautiful place.

What is the food like?
Adventure Tribe Retreats provides all meals during your mini retreat weekend (Friday - dinner; Saturday - breakfast, lunch, dinner; Sunday - breakfast, lunch). Meals are plant-based and many ingredients are grown on-site in the Williford Family Garden. We provide hearty, delicious meals with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors and we know that everyone has unique tastes and preferences. Therefore, snacks, coolers, and outside food is permitted. Please inform us about food allergies upon registration - we will do our best to make special accommodations but cannot guarantee all special requests.
What should participants bring?
Retreat participants should bring anything they need to enjoy a weekend outdoors. This includes camping equipment, headlamp, chair, cooler, snacks, and appropriate clothing for changing temperatures and activities throughout the day. We recommend dressing in layers. Please bring a Yoga mat, towel, and refillable water bottle. You should also bring a notebook and pen or pencil for taking notes during the workshops. We ask that all participants leave electronic devices in their tents during workshops, you might want to wear a watch if knowing time is important to you. Finally, bring anything that will make you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the weekend (ex: meditation cushion, cozy blanket, hammock, book, etc.).
