Who should attend this mini-retreat?
If you spend most of your time concerned with the wellbeing of others - this retreat is for you.
If you love to spend your time in service of others because you want to help others, make an impact, save the world, change just one life, etc. we totally get it! It feels great to give back, but it is very important to take time for self-care and time to recharge so you can be at your best. Burnout is the curse of healing professions because sometimes it seems like you can never give enough. That is where we come in! Thank you for being a superhero, now take some time to let yourself relax! Join us for a weekend in nature, free from technology and the distractions of your usual routine. We want you to join us at Lost Hill Lake to Refill YOUR Cup.
What should participants expect?
Expect to slow down and pay attention. During this retreat, we will take guided nature walks, relax into soothing meditations, and connect with others in group workshops. There will plenty of time to hang out in a hammock, read a good book, or dip your toes in the river. This retreat is all about YOU and restoring your Self.
